1. Products
We sell insulated metal water bottles designed for durability and temperature retention. We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect the exact colour.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Our insulated 'Well Bottles' are made with grade 18/8 (304) stainless steel which comply with the General Food Law Regulations 2004. All our bottles are also BPA free and quality checked before hitting the market.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible from the purchase date. Typically 3-5 business days shipping time. Delivery time will be extended outside of the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. 

4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our sales team.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

5. Product Use and Safety
Our insulated 'Well Bottles' are intended for everyday beverage use. Users should follow all care instructions provided with the product. (Found within packaging)

We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of 'Well Bottles' and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ‘Well Bottles’ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
